Beginners classes
Beginners classes are suitable for those with little or no bellydance experience. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of bellydance technique and posture, and learn about some of the different styles of music and dance seen in Egypt. Both beginners courses will cover the same material. Students sign up for one course, but can make up any missed classes by attending the other course.

Improvers classes are for dancers who are confident with their basic technique and are ready for a new challenge. You will build upon the techniques learned at beginner level to learn more complex moves and variations. You are advised to spend at least two terms at beginner level before starting this class. Intermediate classes
This class is smaller and more performance-oriented than improvers. The technique is harder and you may find you sometimes have to step outside your comfort zone! The choreography you learn will be more challenging and involve working as a group. You do not have to perform the dances we learn, but I will arrange opportunities for those who wish to do so. You are advised to spend one or two terms at improver level and talk to me before starting this class. Are you ready to push yourself?
